Water stop structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a water stop structure and a construction method thereof, relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering foundation pit supporting, and is used for solving the problems of complex construction process, large occupied space and high manufacturing cost of a traditional foundation pit water stop structure. The water stop structure comprises a steel plate, a flexible rubber water stop plate and a pile head, wherein the flexible rubber water stop plate comprises a vertical plate and female lock catches positioned at the two sides of the vertical plate; a bent part is arranged at the top end of the steel plate; the pile head comprises a triangular cone structure and a steel plate position limiting groove formed on the triangular cone structure; connecting parts are arranged at the two ends of the pile head; the lower end of the steel plate is inserted into the steel plate position limiting groove; the upper end of the vertical plate is embedded in the bentpart of the steel plate; the lower end of the vertical plate is fixedly connected with the triangular cone structure; the female lock catches are arranged in the connecting parts of the pile head ina sleeved way; and the female lock catches of the flexible rubber water stop plate are matched and connected with male lock catches of a foundation pit retaining pile. By using the construction method, the connection of the flexible rubber water stop plate, the steel plate and the pile head is firstly completed to form a combined structure; then, the combined structure is driven into a designed elevation position; and finally, the steel plate is pulled out, and a gap in the connecting position is filled.
本发明的一种止水结构及其施工方法,涉及岩土工程基坑支护技术领域,用于解决传统基坑止水结构施工工艺复杂、占地空间大、造价高的问题。该止水结构包括钢板、柔性橡胶止水板和桩头,柔性橡胶止水板包括竖向板和位于其两侧的阴锁扣,钢板顶端设有折弯部,桩头包括三角锥结构及设置于其上方的钢板限位槽,桩头两端设有连接部,钢板下端插入钢板限位槽内,竖向板上端嵌入钢板的弯折部内,竖向板的下端与三角锥结构固定连接,阴锁扣套设于桩头的连接部内,柔性橡胶止水板的阴锁扣与基坑围护桩的阳锁扣配合连接。该施工方法,先完成柔性橡胶止水板、钢板、桩头的连接形成组合结构,再将组合结构打入设计标高处,最后拔除钢板并填充连接处的空隙。
