The invention provides a turnover post-cast strip support replacing and force transferring device and a construction method thereof. The turnover post-cast strip support replacing and force transferring device comprises a detachable profile steel bracket connected with a main body structure beam, a force transferring beam connected with the bracket and a high-strength bolt, and the profile steel bracket is connected with the main body structure beam and the force transfer beam through the high-strength bolt to form the post-cast strip support replacing and force transferring device. Accordingto the post-cast strip support replacing and force transferring device, the force transferring beam and the corbels are arranged on the beam tops of the main body structure beams through pre-buried high-strength bolts, the post-cast strip support replacing and force transferring device can adapt to the post-cast strip support replacing and force transferring conditions of the main body structure beams with different sections; and the device adopts bolt connection, and has the advantages of being detachable, reusable, high in adaptability, easy, convenient and efficient to operate and capable of saving cost.
