Basement roof post-cast strip hanging support formwork structure and post-cast strip construction method thereof
The invention relates to a basement roof post-cast strip hanging support formwork structure and a post-cast strip construction method thereof. The hanging support formwork structure comprises stress steel pipes and a bottom template. The stress steel pipes are divided into the upper stress steel pipe and the lower stress steel pipe. The upper stress steel pipe is supported on the upper portions of roof concrete on the two sides of a post-cast strip through sole timbers. Sole timber connection iron nails position the upper stress steel pipe. The lower portions of the roof concrete on the two sides of the post-cast strip are sequentially provided with the bottom template, wooden keels and the lower stress steel pipe. The bottom template is fixedly connected with the wooden keels. Before screw connection is conducted, the bottom template and the upper stress steel pipe are prefixed through a steel wire. One end of the screw is fixedly limited to the upper stress steel pipe through a clamp shaped like a Chinese character 'shan' and a nut, and the other end of the screw sequentially penetrates through the bottom template and the lower stress steel pipe and then is connected with the clamp shaped like the Chinese character 'shan' and the nut to fix and limit the lower stress steel pipe. The middle of the screw is provided with a waterstop ring. The steel wire is detached, concrete is poured into the post-cast strip hanging support formwork structure, the portion, exposed of the post-cast strip, of the screw is cut, post-cast strip construction is finished, construction is more convenient to conduct, and the post-cast strip is free of the hidden danger of water leakage.
