The invention relates to a riverway efficient treatment dredging system. The riverway efficient treatment dredging system comprises a dredging ship, an enclosure mechanism, dredging mechanism and sludge stirring mechanisms, wherein a sludge storage bin is arranged at the tail of the dredging ship; the enclosure mechanism is arranged at the head of the dredging ship and comprises a moving frame, anenclosure frame and a lifting driving mechanism, and the height of the enclosure frame is larger than the depth of a riverway; the dredging mechanism comprises a water suction pump and a sludge pump,a water outlet of the water suction pump is communicated to the outside of the enclosure frame through a water outlet pipe, and the sludge outlet end of the sludge pump is communicated to the sludgestorage bin through a blow-off pipe; and the sludge stirring mechanisms are borne on the enclosure frame and located on the two sides of the sludge pump. Water in the enclosure frame is pumped out through the water pump, after water in the enclosure frame is drained to be nearly empty, substrate sludge of the riverway is pumped into the sludge storage bin through the sludge pump, meanwhile, the substrate sludge of the riverway is stirred to be scattered through the sludge stirring mechanisms, the sludge pump can discharge sludge more conveniently, and due to the fact that cofferdam water interception is not needed, the dredging efficiency is higher.
