The invention discloses a method for treating a black and odorous water body. The method comprises the following steps that S1, confluence vertical pipe transformation is conducted, wherein an original building confluence pipe is reconstructed and used as a sewage pipe, a top-extended ventilation cap and a vertical pipe inspection port are additionally arranged, and roof rainwater is separately received and drained into a nearby inspection well or a rainwater port; and S2, a rainwater vertical pipe is transformed into the ground, wherein the rainwater vertical pipe connected into a septic tankis transformed, the rainwater vertical pipe is cut off below the ground, and rainwater and sewage are drained into a nearby rainwater inspection well or a rainwater port. According to the method, through the transformation of the confluence vertical pipe, the transformation of the rainwater vertical pipe of a current confluence drainage system and the transformation of current ground scattered drainage rainwater vertical pipes, the source is controlled to intercept the sewage, the source is treated, re-planning is conducted for city rain and sewage diversion and mixing, the pollution source can be effectively discharged to sewage treatment works for secondary treatment, and recycling is achieved; and the rain and sewage mixing is effectively controlled, the problem of waterlogging in thecommunity can be effectively controlled, a long-acting mechanism is established, and healthy operation of a drainage facility is ensured.
