The waterlogging prevention inspection well lid comprises a prefabricated steel casting fixed to the ground, wherein an outer lid body is placed in the prefabricated steel casting; a water storage groove is formed in the center of the outer lid body; a plurality of water leakage holes are formed in the bottom wall of thewater storage tank; a flow guide groove is formed in the outer lid body; clamping mechanisms are symmetrically arranged in the flow guide groove and comprise piston blocks; one side of each piston block is fixedly connected with a clamping rod; a spring is arranged on each clamping rod in a sleeving way; and one end of each spring is fixedly connected onto the corresponding piston block. When therainfall amount is small, the water level in the sewer descends, the clamping rod is driven to reset under the effect of the elastic force of the springs; at the moment, accumulated water on the ground is accumulated through the water storage groove, flows into the flow guide groove through the water leakage holes and is then drained through drainage holes; the water drainage requirement of the accumulated water on the pavement after raining is met; and in addition, the outer lid body is in un unlocked state in daily use, so that a worker can take out the outer lid body at any time for replacement and water drainage.
