The invention discloses an urban waterlogging prevention drainage well and well lid control system which comprises a drainage well vertical shaft formed in the ground, and a well lid body is placed in the drainage well vertical shaft. The well lid body is used for preventing an opening in the upper end of the drainage well vertical shaft from communicating with the outside and supporting pedestrians and vehicles to pass through the upper end of the drainage well vertical shaft, a drainage opening used for dredging accumulated water and arranged in an up-down penetrating mode is formed in the well lid body, and a counter bore with an upward opening is formed in the well lid body. A counter bore is formed in the lower end of the drainage hole, an inserting hole is formed in the lower end of the counter bore in a communicating mode, a bearing block is fixedly arranged in the inner wall of the lower side of the inserting hole, and a telescopic groove with an upward opening and communicating with the inserting hole is formed in the bearing block. The urban waterlogging-preventing drainage well and well lid control system further achieves the purpose of rapid drainage.
