Novel prefabricated construction grouting device
The invention relates to the technical field of construction, in particular to a novel prefabricated construction grouting device. The novel prefabricated construction grouting device comprises a shell, wherein a feeding pipe is fixedly connected to the top of the shell; a fixed plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of the shell; a stirring mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the fixed plate; the stirring mechanism is connected with a driving mechanism arranged on the upper side of the fixed plate; and supporting mechanisms are arranged on the left and right sides of the shell. According to the novel prefabricated construction grouting device, the stirring mechanism is provided for fully stirring and mixing concrete, and then grouting is performed, so that the concrete can beprevented from blocking a pipeline, and normal proceeding of grouting is ensured. Through the arrangement of a scraping plate, the concrete can be prevented from adhering to a shell wall. Through thearrangement of an air pump, gas is sprayed out of an air outlet, so that the contact between the concrete and a stirring rod can be more complete, and the stirring and mixing effect of the device isimproved. Through the arrangement of the driving mechanism, upward and downward repeated movement of a connecting plate can be realized, so that the concrete is stirred more fully.
