本发明提出了一种后注浆用的预制空心桩以及后注浆的施工方法,预制空心桩包括桩头以及若干依次连接的预制空心桩体;所述桩头内布设有桩尖注浆钢管,所述预制空心桩体内设置有桩体注浆钢管,且与桩尖注浆钢管可拆卸连接;相邻预制空心桩体之间通过桩体端板连接,且桩体注浆钢管通过单向止逆阀安装在桩体端板上。本发明在现有的桩尖的外侧预先设置桩尖注浆钢管,避免在桩尖预开孔导致注浆口易堵塞的问题,能够成型桩端加强体,同时,桩体注浆钢管可回收且在回收过程中实现桩孔和桩侧注浆,不仅节约了成本,相较于依靠桩缝泛浆,进一步加强了桩侧摩擦力以及桩体的整体抗拔力。
