Concrete-filled square steel tubular column reinforcing method based on high-ductility cement-based material
The invention provides a concrete-filled square steel tubular column reinforcing method based on a high-ductility cement-based material. The concrete-filled square steel tubular column reinforcing method comprises the steps that first reinforcing pieces and second reinforcing pieces are fixed to four corners of a concrete-filled square steel tubular column; a plurality of steel strands are uniformly wound on the concrete-filled square steel tubular column at certain intervals from top to bottom and fixed on the second reinforcing pieces, and a steel strand net is formed; prestress is applied to each steel strand; and a high-ductility cement-based material layer is formed on one surface of the concrete-filled square steel tubular column through spray-coating and smearing, the high-ductilitycement-based material layer covers the first reinforcing pieces, the second reinforcing pieces and the multiple steel strands, gaps are filled, and reinforcing is completed. The weight ratios of thecomponents in the high-ductility cement-based material to cement are as followings: fly ash: 0.5-3, fine sand: 0.5-1.5, silica fume: 0-0.1, water: 0.5-2, PVA fiber: 0.02-0.1, a water reducing agent: 0.005-0.02, and a setting accelerator: 0.01-0.1. The method has the advantages that high temperature resistance is achieved, construction is simple and convenient, the expanded section area is relatively small, and the building area is not occupied.
本发明提供一种基于高延性水泥基材料的方钢管混凝土柱加固方法,包括将第一加固件和第二加固件固定在方钢管混凝土柱的4个角上;将若干条钢绞线自上而下间隔一定距离均匀环绕在方钢管混凝土柱并固定在第二加固件上,形成钢绞线网;对每条钢绞线施加预应力;在方钢管混凝土柱1表面喷射或涂抹高延性水泥基材料层,高延性水泥基材料层覆盖第一加固件、第二加固件及若干条钢绞线,填充间隙,完成加固,其中,高延性水泥基材料中各组分与水泥按重量比值为粉煤灰:0.5~3;细砂:0.5~1.5;硅灰:0~0.1;水:0.5~2;PVA纤维:0.02~0.1;减水剂:0.005~0.02;速凝剂:0.01~0.1,该方法耐高温,且施工简便,扩大的截面面积较小,且不占用建筑面积。
