The invention provides a gear shifting control method, a gear shifting control system and a land leveler. The gear shifting control method is used for the land leveler with a gear mechanism, the gearmechanism is provided with a neutral gear and a plurality of advancing gears, and the gear shifting control method comprises the steps that a gear shifting instruction from the land leveler is received; and according to the gear shifting instruction, the gear of the gear mechanism is controlled to be switched to a default starting gear from the neutral gear, wherein the transmission ratios of allthe advancing gears are different, and the default starting gear is any one of the plurality of advancing gears. By means of the technical scheme, gear shifting operation can be rapidly achieved, thenumber of gears passed in the gear shifting operation process is reduced, the gear shifting operation efficiency and the operation efficiency of the land leveler are improved, the operation fatigue state of an operator can be relieved, and abrasion of the gear mechanism and a transmission gear of the land leveler is reduced.
