The present invention discloses a high-comfort gear shifting handle. A handle body is wound with an electric heating wire; an insulating tape covers the electric heating wire; a lead wire is connected with the electric heating wire; the electric heating wire is connected with a magneto by a temperature controller; an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod which are in sliding guide connection are arranged in the length direction of the handle body; a regulating assembly for regulating the length of the gear shifting handle and carrying out locking is arranged at the joint of the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod; handle outer covers are arranged at both ends of the handle body; the handle outer covers are connected with the lower end of a handle pushing plate in a hinging manner; and compression spring sleeves are clamped between the handle outer covers and the handle pushing plate. The upper and lower connecting rods relatively slide, so that the regulation of the height of the operation handle is realized and operation of different populations is adapted; an unlocking function is realized by the compression spring sleeves, so that the durability of the handle of a vehicle door is improved; the handle outer covers are also have waterproof and dustproof effects, so that the service life of the handle of the vehicle door is prolonged; and the electric heating wire emits heat, so that the handle emits heat and brings a comfortable feeling to a rider.
