High pressure water valve and waterway control system for cleaning sweeper truck
The invention aims at providing a high pressure water valve capable of saving the assembling space, reducing water leakage faultts and enhancing the operation stability and a waterway control system for a cleaning sweeper truck. A valve core used for separation or communication between a water inlet and a water outlet is arranged in a cavity of a valve body between the water inlet and the water outlet; the valve core comprises a piston; the cavity of the piston is of a hollow structure and forms a flowing passage; a spring is arranged at the periphery of the piston in a sleeving manner; and the spring provides an elastic force to drive a sealing cutting edge arranged at the end part of the piston to abut against a sealing block arranged in the cavity of the valve body in a sealed manner; and a power mechanism provides power to drive the valve core to move to the direction far away from the sealing block. As piston always abuts against the sealing block in a sealed manner due to the elastic force effect of the spring, water leakage is avoided; as the valve core is in a normally closed state, the power mechanism drives the valve core to move to the direction far away from the sealingblock, and the piston is separated from the sealing block, the water passes through the flowing passage in the cavity of the piston; as the aperture of the flowing passage is large, the valve core isuneasily blocked by impurities, and requirements on cleanliness of water quality are low; and moreover, the structure is compact, and the operation stability is high.
本发明的目的是提供一种节省装配空间、减少漏水故障、提高作业稳定性的高压水阀及其洗扫车用水路控制系统,进、出水口之间的阀体内腔中设置有用于隔断或连通进、出水口的阀芯,阀芯包括活塞,活塞内腔为中空结构并构成流通通道,活塞外周套设有弹簧且弹簧提供弹力驱使活塞端部设置的密封刃口与阀体内腔中设置的密封块密封抵靠,动力机构提供动力驱动阀芯向远离密封块的方向移动。由于弹簧的弹力作用活塞始终与密封块密封抵靠,避免漏水,阀芯处于常闭状态,动力机构驱动阀芯向远离密封块的方向移动,活塞与密封块分离,水从活塞内腔的流通通道通过,流通通道孔径大,杂质不容易堵塞阀芯,对水质的清洁度要求低,而且结构紧凑、作业稳定性高。
