The invention discloses an indoor negative pressure control method. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring an indoor air pressure value in an indoor area by a pressure sensor, wherein at least one indoor area is arranged; comparing the acquired indoor air pressure value with a corresponding preset negative pressure value; and adjusting the air inflow of an air inlet fan corresponding to the indoor area and the exhaust amount of an air outlet fan corresponding to the indoor area according to a comparison result, wherein the pressure value of the indoor area is maintained at the preset negative pressure value. The invention further discloses an indoor negative pressure control terminal, a negative pressure isolated consultation room and a storage medium. According to the invention, it is ensured that the air pressure value in the indoor area reaches a negative pressure value meeting a prevention and control demand and indoor polluting air is prevented from flowing outdoorseffectively, so that infectious diseases of respiratory system are prevented from being diffused.
