The invention discloses an energy-saving ventilation passive house. The energy-saving ventilation passive house comprises a house body, a solar power generation device, an air inducing device, a heatexchange device, an air collecting pipe, an air inlet pipeline, an air outlet pipeline and an air return pipeline, wherein the air inducing device and the heat exchange device are electrically connected with the solar power generation device respectively; the air inlet pipeline comprises an air inlet main pipe and air inlet branch pipes; the air outlet pipeline comprises air outlet branch pipes and an air outlet; the end, located outside the house body, of each air outlet branch pipe is in through connection with the air outlet and the air return pipeline through a tee joint; and the end, awayfrom the air outlet branch pipes, of the air return pipeline is in through connection with the air collecting pipe. The energy-saving ventilation passive house is provided with the solar power generation device and a wind power generation device, so that natural resources are fully utilized, and the house is more environmentally friendly; and an air treatment device and the heat exchange device are arranged, so that air entering the room is cleaner and healthier, meanwhile, the temperature of the air is kept consistent with the indoor temperature all the time, and thus the comfort degree of the human body is greatly improved.
