Anti-collision connection lock of switching power supply
The invention provides an anti-collision connection lock of a switching power supply. The anti-collision connection lock comprises three conversion cabinets and two contact cabinets. Each conversion cabinet is internally provided with a first switch chamber and a second switch chamber. A main power supply switch and a control circuit thereof are arranged in the first switch chamber; a standby power supply control system is arranged in the second switch chamber; each conversion cabinet is provided with an upper door plate and a lower door plate; the upper door plate movably covers the first switch chamber; the lower door plate movably covers the second switch chamber; a first lock is arranged on the upper door plate; a first lock is arranged on the upper door plate, a second lock is arranged on the lower door plate, only one first lock and one second lock on each conversion cabinet can be opened at the same time, each contact cabinet is used for connecting two adjacent conversion cabinets, a third door body is arranged on each contact cabinet, a third lock is arranged on each third door body, and the third locks are used for opening the third door bodies. Under different conditions,the power supply and the standby power supply can be managed in a unified manner safely and quickly, and safety accidents caused by collision of the power supplies in the cabinet are avoided.
本发明提供一种开关电源防撞联络锁,包括三个转换柜和两个联络柜,每一转换柜的内部具有第一开关室和第二开关室,第一开关室内设置有主供电源开关及其控制电路,第二开关室内设置有备用电源控制系统,且每一转换柜上设置有上门板和下门板,上门板活动盖合第一开关室,下门板活动盖合第二开关室,上门板上设置有第一锁具,下门板上设置有第二锁具,每一转换柜上的第一锁具和第二锁具在同一时间内仅能打开一个,每一联络柜用于连接相邻两个转换柜,且每一联络柜上设置有第三门体,第三门体上设置有第三锁具,第三锁具用于开启第三门体。在不同的情况下均能安全快速对供电源和备用电源进行统一管理,且不会出现柜内电源相撞所造成的安全事故。
