The invention discloses a planting method for planting natural grass on woven artificial grass, and a mixed turf growing from the natural grass. The planting method comprises the following steps of laying the woven artificial grass; laying sand; performing sowing; performing seedling stage management; and performing turf forming management. According to the planting method disclosed by the invention, after the natural grass is planted on the artificial grass, an intermediate artificial grass system provides strong reinforcing effects for a natural grass system, the intermediate artificial grass system and the natural grass system jointly withstand acute movement impact, and natural grass parts are effectively prevented from being hurt, so that the turf is more resistant to trampling. The prepared mixed turf is low in later stage maintenance cost, for example the problem of overseeding is not considered at a transition zone, or when the natural grass enters hibernation and stops growthin winter, surface-layer natural grass parts are eliminated with a special cutter, at the time, the artificial turf part in a mixed system undertakes afforesting and moving properties of main surfacelayers, the place can still maintain better afforesting effects and high-standard movement level, and additional investment is not needed. The planting method disclosed by the invention is environmentally-friendly, economic and efficient.
