The present invention relates to an artificial grass planting apparatus that produces artificial grass by planting artificial grass on a seedbed, which comprises: a grass transplant blade (12) configured at the center of a stapler (11) that is operated to be lifted and lowered and vertically penetrating the stapler (11); a guide (21) raised and lowered by a guide rod (24); a transfer cylinder (31) consisting of a cylinder rod (32); an artificial grass cutting blade (27) for cutting artificial grass (41); and a steel piece cutting blade (61) for cutting the iron piece (51) inserted into the stapler (11), wherein on the rear of the stapler (11), an iron piece groove (15) is formed into which the iron piece (51) is inserted even when the stapler (11) is raised and lowered, and a cutting blade hole (14) into which an iron cutting blade (61) is inserted is formed on one side of the stapler (11).
본 발명은 모판에 인조모를 식모하여 인조잔디를 제조하는 인조잔디 식모기에 관한 것으로, 승강 작동되는 스테이플러(11)의 중앙에 구성되어 스테이플러(11)를 수직으로 관통하는 식모블레이드(12)와, 가이드로드(24)에 의해 승강되는 가이드(21)와, 실린더로드(32)가 구성된 이송실린더(31)와, 인조모(41)를 절단하는 인조모절단날(27) 및 스테이플러(11)에 삽입된 철편(51)을 절단하는 철편절단날(61)이 구성되되, 스테이플러(11)의 후면에는 스테이플러(11)의 승강에도 철편(51)이 삽입되는 철편홈(15)이 형성되고, 스테이플러(11)의 일측면에는 철편절단날(61)이 삽입되는 절단날공(14)이 형성되며, 스테이플러(11)의 식모블레이드(12)는 말단이 스테이플러(11)의 하부로 돌출되어 절단된 철편(51)과 인조모(41)를 모판(71)의 식모홀(72)에 박아넣어 식모하도록 구성되고, 가이드(21)의 일측에는 스테이플러(11)의 인조모(41)가 거치되고, 스테이플러(11)의 하부가 삽입되는 지지대(22)가 구성되며, 이송실린더(31)에 구성된 실린더로드(32)의 말단에는 인조모공급기(42)에서 공급된 인조모(41)를 잡고 실린더로드(32)의 신축에 의해 지지대(22)에 거치하는 집게(33)가 구성되고, 인조모절단날(27)은 인조모(41)가 지지대(22)에 거치되면 전방으로 이동되어 인조모(41)를 절단하도록 구성되며, 철편절단날(61)은 스테이플러(11)가 상부로 이동되면 절단날공(14)에 삽입되어 스테이플러(11)에 삽입된 철편(51)을 절단하도록 구성되어, 모판(71)에 다양한 길이의 인조모(41)가 식모된 인조잔디를 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 발명은 모판에 인조모를 식모하여 인조잔디를 제조하는 인조잔디 식모기에 관한 것으로, 승강 작동되는 스테이플러(11)의 중앙에 구성되어 스테이플러(11)를 수직으로 관통하는 식모블레이드(12)와, 가이드로드(24)에 의해 승강되는 가이드(21)와, 실린더로드(32)가 구성된 이송실린더(31)와, 인조모(41)를 절단하는 인조모절단날(27) 및 스테이플러(11)에 삽입된 철편(51)을 절단하는 철편절단날(61)이 구성되되, 스테이플러(11)의 후면에는 스테이플러(11)의 승강에도 철편(51)이 삽입되는 철편홈(15)이 형성되고, 스테이플러(11)의 일측면에는 철편절단날(61)이 삽입되는 절단날공(14)이 형성되며, 스테이플러(11)의 식모블레이드(12)는 말단이 스테이플러(11)의 하부로 돌출되어 절단된 철편(51)과 인조모(41)를 모판(71)의 식모홀(72)에 박아넣어 식모하도록 구성되고, 가이드(21)의 일측에는 스테이플러(11)의 인조모(41)가 거치되고, 스테이플러(11)의 하부가 삽입되는 지지대(22)가 구성되며, 이송실린더(31)에 구성된 실린더로드(32)의 말단에는 인조모공급기(42)에서 공급된 인조모(41)를 잡고 실린더로드(32)의 신축에 의해 지지대(22)에 거치하는 집게(33)가 구성되고, 인조모절단날(27)은 인조모(41)가 지지대(22)에 거치되면 전방으로 이동되어 인조모(41)를 절단하도록 구성되며, 철편절단날(61)은 스테이플러(11)가 상부로 이동되면 절단날공(14)에 삽입되어 스테이플러(11)에 삽입된 철편(51)을 절단하도록 구성되어, 모판(71)에 다양한 길이의 인조모(41)가 식모된 인조잔디를 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
