The invention provides a coal-fired unit wet desulphurization method and desulphurization system based on alkaline residue blending, alkaline residues and water are uniformly mixed to form alkaline residue slurry; the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the alkaline residues with water to form alkaline residue slurry, and preliminarily filtering the alkaline residue slurry; uniformly mixing calcium carbonate powder with water, and blending the mixture with the primarily filtered alkaline residue slurry in proportion to form slurry for desulfurizing; conveying the slurry fordesulfurizing to desulfurizing equipment for desulfurizing; carrying out primary dehydration on slurry formed after desulfurizing by the desulfurizing equipment to form overflow filtrate and underflowslurry, and carrying out secondary dehydration on the underflow slurry to obtain gypsum; conveying overflow filtrate formed by the primary dehydration and liquid formed by the secondary dehydration to a filter for filtering, further treating the filtered overflow filtrate and liquid to obtain fresh water and strong brine, and recycling part of the fresh water to participate in the preparation ofthe alkaline residue slurry or the blending of the alkaline residue slurry; the system is reasonable in structural design and high in operability.
本发明提供了一种基于碱渣掺配的燃煤机组湿法脱硫方法及脱硫系统,将碱渣与水均匀混合后形成碱渣浆液,将碱渣浆液进行初步过滤;将碳酸钙粉料与水均匀混合后与初步过滤后的碱渣浆液按比例掺配形成脱硫用浆液;将脱硫用浆液输送至脱硫设备进行脱硫;将脱硫设备脱硫后形成的浆液进行一次脱水并形成溢流滤液和底流浆液,将底流浆液进行二次脱水后获得石膏;将一次脱水形成的溢流滤液和二次脱水形成的液体输送至过滤器进行过滤,过滤后的溢流滤液和液体进一步处理得到淡水和浓盐水,将部分淡水回收参与碱渣浆液的制备或碱渣浆液的掺配;其结构设计合理,可操作性强。
