The invention discloses a heavy metal contaminated farmland remediation system and a using method thereof. The heavy metal contaminated farmland remediation system sequentially comprises an ecologicalremediation area, a permeable reactive wall, an ecological interception zone, an irrigation canal and a farmland from upstream to downstream. First heavy metal hyperaccumulation plants are planted inthe ecological restoration area, a plurality of permeable reaction columns are arranged on the permeable reaction wall, second heavy metal hyperaccumulation plants are planted in the ecological interception zone, the bottom of the irrigation canal is filled with fillers, and a heavy metal passivator and a PH regulator are applied during farmland deep ploughing. Heavy metal irrigation water flowsthrough the remediation system for the heavy metal contaminated farmland, and heavy metal in the heavy metal irrigation water is effectively removed. After heavy metal irrigation water flows through the remediation system for the heavy metal contaminated farmland once, the heavy metal irrigation water can be suitable for irrigation without repeated remediation, time is saved, and the remediation efficiency of the irrigation water is improved.
