The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 350 to 400 parts of Portland cement, 80 to 100 parts of fly ash, 50 to 80 parts of viscosity modifying material, 700 to 800 parts of machine-made sand, 900 to 1000 parts of broken stone, 135 to 150 parts of water, 6 to 6.5 parts of water reducing agent and 20 to 30 parts of ceramic coating powder.By increasing the content of the machine-made sandstone powder, the amount of sleeper concrete slurry is increased, pores and bubbles on the surface of the sleeper are reduced, and the appearance quality of the sleeper is improved; in addition, by adding the viscosity modifying material, the viscosity of the sleeper concrete is reduced, the constructability of the concrete is improved, and the production efficiency of the sleeper is improved.
