The present invention discloses a municipal road asphalt paving device. The device comprises a bottom plate, a stirring box, a rolling wheel and a paving plate, a limiting plate is installed in the middle of the bottom end of the bottom plate, a first hydraulic motor is installed on the inner side of the limiting plate, a supporting plate is installed at the front end of the first hydraulic motor,and the rolling wheel is installed at the bottom end of the supporting plate; a second fixing frame is mounted on the rear side of the upper end of the bottom plate; a second hydraulic motor is mounted at the upper end of the second fixed frame; a connecting plate is mounted at the front end of the second hydraulic motor; and a rolling bearing is installed on the inner side of the cylinder. A rotating rod is installed on the inner side of the rolling bearing. A first gear is installed on the outer side of the upper end of the rotating rod. A paving plate is installed at the bottom end of therotating rod. A second rotating motor is installed at the rear end of the inner side of the second fixing frame. A second gear is mounted at the front end of the rotating shaft of the second rotatingmotor. The asphalt paving device is reasonable in structure and easy to operate, asphalt can be effectively rolled and paved, and the flatness of the paved asphalt can be effectively improved.
