Runway splicing seam treatment process
The invention relates to a runway splicing seam treatment process. The process comprises the following specific process steps: S1, grooving: forming 4-8 inclined grooves in a side wall with a smallerarea of rubber plates, and forming a clamping groove in an end part of a lower surface of each rubber plate; S2, cleaning: cleaning a substrate of a runway to ensure that the substrate is free of dustand impurities; S3, carrying out paper padding: flatly placing each rubber plate on a base, and carrying out splicing treatment on each rubber plate so that splicing seams are formed among the multiple rubber plates; S4, sticking paper: combining the clamping grooves in the bottoms of the spliced rubber plates into a strip-shaped groove, sticking an impermeable film in the strip-shaped groove, and enabling the impermeable film to be located at the bottom of the splicing seam; and S5, filling glue: filling the splicing seams with a joint filling glue, wherein 1/3-2/3 of the joint filling glueflows into the inclined grooves, and the splicing seams are fully filled with 1/3-2/3 of the joint filling glue. The process has an effect of improving connecting firmness of the rubber plates.
本发明涉及跑道拼接缝处理工艺，具体工艺步骤如下：S1.开槽：在橡胶板面积较小的侧壁上开设4‑8个斜槽，在橡胶板下表面的端部开设卡槽；S2.清洁：对跑道的基底进行清洁，确保基底无灰尘和杂质；S3.垫纸：将橡胶板平放在基底上，并对橡胶板进行拼接处理，使多个橡胶板之间形成拼接缝；S4.黏纸：拼接完成的橡胶板底部的卡槽组合成条形槽，条形槽内黏贴有防渗膜，防渗膜位于拼接缝的底部；S5.填胶：将填缝胶填充入拼接缝，1/3‑2/3的填缝胶流入斜槽，1/3‑2/3的填缝胶填充满拼接缝。本发明具有提高橡胶板连接牢固度的效果。
