Cable penetrating method for single-tower cable hoisting
The invention provides a cable penetrating method for single-tower cable hoisting, which comprises the steps of 1) arranging a tower crane on one side of a river bank, and bringing a guide cable to the river bank through a ferry; 2) pulling the head end of the guide cable to the mountain top of the river opposite bank through a first winch, wherein the tail end of the guide cable is connected witha traction cable; 3) continuously pulling the guide cable by using the first winch, driving the traction cable to cross the river valley, turning the traction cable through a steering wheel of a first ground anchor on the mountain top, and bringing the traction cable back to one side of the river bank through the guide cable, wherein a main cable is attached to the traction cable through a rope clamp; and 4) driving the main cable to penetrate through a steering wheel of a second ground anchor arranged on one side of the river bank by the traction cable, climbing over a cable saddle on the top of the tower crane, penetrating into a crown block, crossing the river valley and reaching the first ground anchor on the mountain crest to be fixed. The single-tower cable hoisting method can be applied to the complex terrain where traffic is not easy to reach on one side of the river valley.
本发明提供了一种单塔缆索吊装的穿索方法,包括如下步骤:1)在河岸一侧设置吊塔,并通过渡船将导引索带到河对岸;2)通过第一卷扬机将所述导引索的首端牵引至河对岸的山顶;所述导引索的末端连接牵引索;3)利用第一卷扬机继续牵引导引索,带动牵引索越过河谷后,将牵引索经过山顶上第一地锚的转向轮转向后经由导引索带回河岸一侧;所述牵引索通过绳卡附着有主索;4)所述牵引索带动主索穿过设置在河岸一侧的第二地锚的转向轮,翻过吊塔塔顶的索鞍,穿入天车,越过河谷,到达山顶的第一地锚处进行固定。上述的单塔缆索吊装方法,能应用在河谷一侧为交通不易到达的复杂地势。
