The invention discloses a distinguishing method capable of achieving energy dissipation through a natural water cushion. The method is characterized by comprising the first step of calculation of theenergy dissipation safety index and the second step of distinguishing of achieving energy dissipation through the natural water cushion; (1) if the engineering energy dissipation safety index W is larger than or equal to 4.0, the manner of achieving energy dissipation through the natural water cushion is feasible; and (2) if the engineering energy dissipation safety index W is smaller than 4.0, the design difficulty of the manner of achieving energy dissipation through the natural water cushion is large. By means of the method, the limitation that scheme primary planning is carried out only according to the engineering analogy and practical experience in the previous energy dissipation scheme comparison and study process is broken through, engineering can be helped to rapidly confirm the study concept and the main study direction of the flood discharge and energy dissipation design scheme, the design scheme comparison and demonstration workloads are greatly reduced, the design progressis accelerated, and the design difficulty and design cost are reduced.
采用天然水垫消能的判别方法,其特征在于分为两个步骤,步骤一为消能安全指数计算;步骤二为采用天然水垫消能的判别;(1)若工程的消能安全指数W大于或等于4.0,则采用天然水垫消能是可行的;(2)若工程的消能安全指数W小于4.0,则采用天然水垫消能的设计难度较大。本发明方法突破了以往消能方案比选研究过程中仅根据工程类比和实践经验进行方案初拟的局限,可帮助工程快速确定泄洪消能设计方案的研究思路及主要研究方向,大幅减小设计方案比选论证工作量,加快设计进度,降低设计难度及设计成本。
