Multi-cable crane deployment method
The invention relates to the technical field of cable cranes, and provides a multi-cable crane deployment method. The multi-cable crane deployment method aims at solving the problems of waste of cablecrane resources and influence on concrete quality in an existing cable crane deployment mode. The method comprises the following steps that boundary point coordinates of to-be-poured bin surfaces, the length of cable crane main towers, end point coordinates of cable crane main tower rails and the minimum safe distance of cable cranes are obtained, and the length range of the pourable bin surfaceof each cable crane in preset time is determined; the total length of the to-be-poured bin faces and the number of needed cable cranes are determined, the to-be-poured bin faces are divided into multiple areas according to the number of the needed cable cranes and the length range of the corresponding cable crane pourable bin faces, and the center line positions corresponding to the length rangesof the corresponding cable crane pourable bin faces are determined; and the moving length range of each cable crane is determined, a cable crane deployment solution is determined according to the positions of the center lines and the moving length ranges of the cable cranes, and the cable cranes are deployed according to the cable crane deployment solution. According to the multi-cable crane deployment method, the safety and high efficiency of cable crane deployment are improved, and the pouring quality is improved.
