Mounting method of cable crane
The invention provides an installation method of a cable crane. The installation method comprises the following steps that all components of the cable crane are prepared; a main tower portal frame is overhung in the bridge direction, the main tower portal frame extends out of the main tower in the bridge direction, and winch hoisting equipment is installed on the main tower portal frame; hoisting a walking mechanism of the cable loading crane to the main cable for installation by utilizing winch hoisting equipment; hoisting a main beam truss of the cable crane to a traveling mechanism mounted on the main cable by utilizing winch hoisting equipment, and connecting and fixing the main beam truss with the traveling mechanism; and the hoisting system, the hydraulic pump station and the control room of the cable crane are sequentially hoisted into the main beam truss through the winch hoisting equipment, and a steel strand of the hoisting system is connected with the hoisting tool, so that installation of the cable crane is completed. The installation method is convenient to operate and high in construction safety.
