The invention relates to the technical field of slope bevel reinforcement and discloses a geotechnical engineering slope reinforcing device. The geotechnical engineering slope reinforcing device comprises a frame, wherein a flowing pipe is fixedly connected in the frame; a screw is movably connected in the flowing pipe; a gear is movably connected to the surface of the screw; a retention plate ismovably connected to the surface of the gear; a fixed pulley is movably connected to the surface of the retention plate; a pull rope is movably connected to the surface of the fixed pulley; the lowerend of the screw is movably connected to a carrying plate; the bottom of the carrying plate is movably connected to a spring rod; the lower end of the spring rod is movably connected to a reinforcingrod; a push rod is movably connected to the surface of the spring rod; and the end, far away from the spring rod, of the push rod is movably connected to a positioning plate. The carrying plate is subjected to gravity to extrude the spring rod, and at the moment, the spring rod is affected by the screw which moves downward to be subjected to double gravity, so as to push a cone rod to be insertedinto soil of the slope, so that an effect that a reinforcement cage fixing force is increased gradually according to the introduction amount of concrete to avoid swing of a steel cage is achieved.
