The retaining wall is arranged on the surface of the geotechnical engineering side slope, the multiple precast piles are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction of the geotechnical engineering side slope, the multiple first anchor cable sets are arranged on the upper side of the geotechnical engineering side slope, and one end of each first anchor cable set is fixedly connected with the upper end of the corresponding precast pile. The first anchor cable sets are arranged on the lower side of the geotechnical engineering slope, the other ends of the first anchor cable sets are fixedly connected with the upper side of the soil protection wall, the second anchor cable sets are arranged on the lower side of the geotechnical engineering slope, one end of each second anchor cable set is fixedly connected with the lower end of the corresponding precast pile, and the other end of each second anchor cable set is fixedly connected with the lower side of the soil protection wall. The retaining wall has the effect that the connecting stability of the retaining wall and the slope surface of the geotechnical engineering slope can still be greatly ensured under the condition that the soil texture of the geotechnical engineering slope becomes loose.
