The invention discloses a post-construction process of an anti-floating anchor rod. A rough flow of construction comprises the following steps of pouring a cushion in a foundation pit; drilling an anti-floating anchor rod hole; placing the an anti-floating anchor rod in the an anti-floating anchor rod hole; pouring the an anti-floating anchor rod hole; constructing an anti-floating anchor rod holewaterproof project; bending the an anti-floating anchor rod; and binding anti-floating plate reinforcing steel bars, wherein the anti-floating plate reinforcing steel bars are in a space formed by bonding the anti-floating plate reinforcing steel bars. The process has the advantages that the process is suitable for all soil masses and rock bodies as well as basement parking garage foundations ofresidence, underground garages of commercial complexes, underground shopping malls, basement equipment room foundations, metro tunnels, metro stations, underwater structures and underwater tunnels; bottom-picking before construction of the anti-floating anchor rod is carried out to reduce immersion and damage of water and slurry caused by slurry cleaning and anti-floating anchor rod construction to a supporting layer of the foundation before construction of the anti-floating anchor rod, so that the construction period is shortened, and the replacement amount of concrete is reduced by 50%; cushion concrete pouring and forming effects are facilitated; and anti-floating anchor rod reinforcing steel bar forming is facilitated.
