The invention discloses an anti-floating anchor rod construction process. The process comprises the steps of paying-off positioning, hole forming, anchor rod steel bar manufacturing and mounting, grouting, anchor rod pile head waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment and static load anti-pulling test. The waterproof anchor rod has the beneficial effects that a waterproof rubber lantern ring is arranged to prevent water leakage when the anchor rod penetrates through a waterproof layer node; a Hamai YXZ-90 type anchor rod drilling machine is adopted for drilling along with a pipe, a hard soil layer can be rapidly drilled, the difficulty of anchor rod hole forming is reduced, and then the construction progress is accelerated; and the construction quality is further tested by carrying out a static load anti-pulling test on the constructed anchor rod, so that the construction quality is ensured.
本发明公开了一种抗浮锚杆施工工艺,包括放线定位、成孔、锚杆钢筋制作及安装、注浆、锚杆桩头防水防腐处理、静载抗拔试验。本发明的有益效果是:通过设置防水橡胶套环以防止锚杆穿过防水层节点时造成渗漏水;采用哈迈YXZ—90型锚杆钻机跟管钻进,能够对质地坚硬的土层进行较为快速的钻孔,降低锚杆成孔的困难度,进而提高施工进度;通过对于施工后的锚杆进行静载抗拔试验,对施工质量进行进一步试验,以确保施工质量。
