The invention provides a sanitary sewage drainage and water-saving system. The system comprises a wash basin water collection tank and a toilet water collection tank, wherein the wash basin water collection tank has a first water inlet hole and a first water delivery hole, and the first water inlet hole is connected to both the drain hole of the washbasin and the overflow hole of the washbasin; the toilet water collection tank has a second water inlet hole and a second water delivery hole, and the second water inlet hole is in communication with the first water delivery hole; a filter screen is arranged in the toilet water collection tank and encloses a filter space, a booster pump is arranged in the filter space, and the booster pump extracts filtered water in the filter space and delivers the same to the flushing port of the toilet. The sanitary sewage drainage and water-saving system provided by the invention realizes the secondary utilization of waste water generated by washing, improves the utilization rate of water resources, and helps to reduce the cost of water use at the same time.
