Energy-saving equipment capable of recycling water resources without changing the shape and volume of an original toilet water tank is designed; water is saved; no external energy is consumed, thus energy is saved and environment is protected; with ingenious design, the washbasin reuse water and tap water are alternately used, simple modifications are made on the basis of an original toilet, the cost is low, and feasibility is high; the equipment is simple in structure and convenient to mount.
