The invention relates to the technical field of a rainwater regeneration device, and discloses a sponge city rainwater recycling device. The sponge city rainwater recycling device comprises a vegetation layer, a lower layer of the vegetation layer is provided with a side brick layer, the lower layer of the side brick layer is provided with a mixed carbon residue layer, one side of the vegetation layer is provided with a drainageway, a top part of the drainageway is movably provided with a well plate, a middle part of the drainageway is movably provided with a grating plate, water collection layers are arranged under both the mixed carbon residue layer and the drainageway, filter screen layers are arranged above the water collection layers, and a protective net plate is fixedly mounted above the filter screen layers. In the sponge city rainwater recycling device, a water collection groove is arranged in the water collection layers, and in combination with usage of a water purifying pipeline, a buffering plate and a discharge pipe, the rainwater can be divided into bottom layer water and upper layer clean water before being subjected to systematic purification, thus, follow-up purification steps needed for the rainwater are reduced, work load of rainwater regeneration is reduced, consequently, efficiency of rainwater purification is increased, and reasonability and practicabilityof the device are improved.
