The invention discloses a rainwater recycling system for a sponge city, and relates to the technical field of rainwater collection. The rainwater recycling system improves the rainwater collection efficiency. The rainwater recycling system involves a rainwater collecting well, a reservoir communicating with the rainwater collecting well, and a drainage grating covering a wellhead of the rainwatercollecting well, wherein the reservoir is buried underground; and the rainwater recycling system further involves two sewage collecting wells arranged adjacent to the rainwater collecting well, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the two opposite side walls in the rainwater collecting well, a filtering assembly used for filtering rainwater is rotationally connected between the two arc-shaped grooves,the filtering assembly comprises a center shaft, two filtering plates fixedly connected with the center shaft and a flow guide plate, the two filtering plates and the flow guide plate are evenly distributed around the center shaft, the center shaft is rotationally connected to the middle of the inner wall of the rainwater collecting well, and the axis of the center shaft coincides with the central axes of the arc-shaped grooves. According to the rainwater recycling system, impurities such as sludge on the filtering plates can be washed and collected through rotation of the filtering plates, and the filtering speed of the rainwater is increased.
