Concrete floor slab
The invention relates to a hollow concrete floor slab. The concrete floor slab comprises rib beams made of steel bars, core molds arranged between the rib beams and concrete cast around the rib beamsand the core molds, where each core mold comprises a core mold frame, a wire net wrapped outside the core mold frame and a plurality of rows of three support structures arranged in the core mold frame. According to the hollow concrete floor slab, the three supporting structures are arranged in the core molds used for preparing the hollow concrete floor slab, namely, the cost of the integrated coremold or the upper and lower combined core mold used in the prior art is reduced, the core mold frames are not deformed after concrete casting, and the strength and the mechanical property of the hollow concrete floor slab are ensured.
本发明涉及一种空心混凝土楼盖板,包括由钢筋制作的肋梁,设置于肋梁之间的芯模,以及浇铸于肋梁及芯模四周的混凝土;芯模包括芯模框架,包裹于芯模框架外的丝网,在芯模框架内设置有多排的三支撑结构。本技术方案通过在用于制备空心混凝土楼盖板的芯模内设置三支撑结构,即降低了现技术使用的一体式芯模或上下两块组合式芯模的成本,又实现了芯模的框架在混凝土浇铸后不变形,保证了空心混凝土楼盖板的强度及力学性能。
