Construction method for scissor stair shaping steel formwork
The invention discloses a construction method for a scissor stair shaping steel formwork. The method comprises following steps: S1, lofting based on figures; S2, board cutting machining; S3, welding assembly; S4, hoisting installation; S5, inspection acceptance; and S6, dismantling for recovery. The stair shaping steel formwork comprises pedals, kickplates and channel steel, wherein the pedals andthe kickplates are arranged alternately, the pedals are horizontally arranged, each kickplate is vertically welded at one end of the corresponding pedal, stair stepping plates are formed by welding the pedals and the kickplates, and the channel steel is welded on two sides of the upper part of each stair stepping plate. The steel formwork has the advantages of high stiffness, many turnover times,convenience in construction and one-time overall hoisting and dismantling; with application of the formwork, on one hand, surface appearance quality of stair concrete members is improved, construction errors are effectively controlled, on the other hand, wood can be saved, erecting time of the formwork is shortened, construction progress is accelerated, and at the construction stage of decorationengineering, plastering thickness of stairs can be reduced, cost is saved and construction cost is reduced.
