The invention relates to an assembling method and an assembling device of a steel bar truss floor supporting plate. The assembling method comprises the steps that 1, steel bar trusses and fasteners are placed, an upper string steel bar of each steel bar truss is arranged downwards, two lower string steel bars of each steel bar truss are arranged upwards, the two lower string steel bars of each steel bar truss are a first lower string steel bar and a second lower string steel bar respectively, the first lower string steel bars are fixed, the multiple fasteners are arranged between the upper string steel bars and the lower string steel bars of the steel bar trusses, first clamping ends are arranged below the first lower string steel bars, and the distance between the two clamping ends of each fastener is smaller than the distance between the two corresponding lower string steel bars; 2, the second lower string steel bars are extruded above second clamping ends of the fasteners, and the fasteners are pushed upwards to be clamped to the lower string steel bars; and 3, a soffit formwork is arranged on the steel bar trusses and locked to the fasteners. According to the assembling methodand the assembling device, by applying local extrusion force to the lower string steel bars of the steel bar trusses, the situation that the steel bar trusses are poor in resilience after being extruded is avoided, and the connection stability of the steel bar trusses and the fasteners is improved.
本发明涉及一种钢筋桁架楼承板的装配方法及装配装置,其中,装配方法包括步骤1、放置钢筋桁架和扣件;将钢筋桁架的上弦钢筋朝下设置,两下弦钢筋则朝上设置;两下弦钢筋分别为第一下弦钢筋和第二下弦钢筋,其中,第一下弦钢筋固定;将多个扣件置于钢筋桁架上铉钢筋和下铉钢筋之间,且第一卡接端设于第一下弦钢筋下方,两卡接端之间的距离小于两下弦钢筋之间的距离;步骤2、挤压第二下弦钢筋至卡扣的第二卡接端上方,向上推动扣件,使扣件与下弦钢筋卡接;骤3、将底模板置于钢筋桁架上,将底模板与扣件锁紧。本发明通过对钢筋桁架下弦钢筋施加局部挤压力的方式,避免钢筋桁架受挤压后回弹不佳的情况,提高了钢筋桁架与扣件的连接稳固性。
