The invention discloses a device for preparing recycled mixed bricks by using waste cement. The device comprises a cement waste pretreatment assembly, a conveying spiral conveyor, a brick making assembly and a control box, wherein the cement waste pretreatment assembly comprises a treatment box, a crushing roller, a stirring humidifier and a power motor, the treatment box is provided with a feed hopper, an impurity outlet and a humidifying port, the interior of the treatment box is provided with a partition plate and a mesh screen, the crushing roller is arranged inside the treatment box, thestirring humidifier is clamped on the partition plate, and the power motor provides power for the crushing roller and the stirring humidifier; a feeding port of the conveying spiral conveyor communicates with the treatment box, and the brick making assembly comprises a mounting frame, a discharging assembly, a brick making die and a brick pressing assembly, wherein the discharging assembly comprises a discharging head assembly communicating with a discharging port of the conveying spiral conveyor, the brick making die is arranged inside the mounting frame, the brick pressing assembly comprisesa compression air cylinder and a pressing plate, and the compression air cylinder provides power for the pressing plate; and the control box is electrically connected with electric equipment. The device is reasonable in structural design, high in brick making efficiency and suitable for large-scale popularization.
