Inverted chimney hoisting method
The invention discloses an inverted chimney hoisting method. The method comprises the steps that a hoisting platform is erected on the roof of a main workshop, a winch is arranged on a crane beam platform, a hoisting point is connected with the winch through a steel wire rope, and a first section of chimney is hoisted through the winch; a second section of chimney is arranged on the crane beam platform along the vertical direction, and the upper end of the second section of chimney is welded with the lower end of the first section of chimney; and a third section of chimney is hoisted and theninserted into a buttress frame of the crane beam platform, and a fourth section of chimney is arranged on the roof of the fan room and connected with the upper portion of a roller hearth furnace. According to the method, the chimney is constructed in a segmented manner, and the chimney is hoisted in a limited space by adopting a top-down inverted mounting method, so that the problem of low chimneymounting efficiency can be effectively solved; the hoisting operation of each section of chimney is performed by arranging the winch, so that the problems that a truck crane cannot be used for hoisting operation and a travelling crane in a workshop cannot be utilized are solved, and the construction efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明提出了一种烟囱倒装式吊装方法,包括:在主厂房屋顶搭设吊装平台,在行车梁平台上设置卷扬机,在吊点与卷扬机之间通过钢丝绳连接通过卷扬机吊装第一段烟囱;将第二段烟囱沿竖直方向设置在行车梁平台上,并将第二段烟囱的上端与第一段烟囱的下端焊接在一起;将第三段烟囱吊起后插入行车梁平台的支墩框架内,第四段烟囱设置在风机房顶上,且第四段烟囱与辊底炉的上部连接。本发明通过将烟囱分段施工,并且采用自上而下的倒装方法用于受限空间内烟囱吊装,从而能够有效地解决烟囱安装效率的问题;通过设置卷扬机进行各段烟囱的吊装作业,解决了无法使用汽车吊进行吊装作业及车间内行车也无法利用的问题,从而能够有效地提高施工效率。
