The invention provides a preparation method of an illite composite material-based drying agent, and the drying agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials to obtain a mixture; acidifying the mixture to obtain an acidified material; drying the acidified material, and granulating to obtain particles; roasting the particles to obtain the drying agent. The raw materials comprise attapulgite, bentonite, an illite composite material and anhydrite. The drying agent prepared through the method has excellent moisture absorption performance and super-strong dehumidification and mildew-proof performance and can adsorb indoor harmful gas, and the illite composite material can release negative ions and play a role in purifying air; meanwhile, the strength and the shape of the drying agent cannot be changed even if the drying agent is immersed in water for a long time, and the reproducibility can be better provided; and the drying agent is simple in manufacturing process, free of pollution in the production process, relatively low in price, capable of being produced in batches, wide in application range, capable of being reused for multiple times after beingdried, and wide in application prospect.
本发明提供一种伊利石复合材料基干燥剂的制备方法和干燥剂,制备方法,包括:将原料混合得到混合料;将混合料进行酸化处理得到酸化物料;干燥酸化物料并进行造粒得到颗粒物;焙烧颗粒物得到干燥剂;原料包括:凹凸棒土、膨润土、伊利石复合材料和硬石膏。通过上述方法制备的干燥剂具有优异的吸湿性能和超强的除湿防霉性能,同时具有吸附室内有害气体,伊利石复合材料可以释放负离子,起到净化空气的作用;同时干燥剂即使长时间浸入水中其强度和形状仍不会改变,能更好的提供再生性;本发明干燥剂制造工艺简单,生产过程无污染,价格相对低廉,可批量生产,使用广泛,并经烘干后可多次再利用,应用前景广阔。
