Drying agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a drying agent and a preparation method thereof. The drying agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of alkaline residues, 5-15 parts of aluminum oxide and 5-15 parts of an aggregate forming agent. The aggregate forming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of alkaline residues, 35-45 parts of steel slag, 3-6 parts of a waste gypsum mold, 30-35 parts of a cementing material and 0-1.5 parts of an additive. Five indexes, including unit adsorption capacity, unit adsorption speed, adsorption capacityand speed after activation, physicochemical indexes and dust quantity, of the drying agent are superior to existing standards; and the performance of the drying agent is higher than the performance ofsimilar products sold in the market and reaches a high level. The preparation method is easy to control in process, simple and convenient to implement, and beneficial to large-scale production.
本发明涉及一种干燥剂及其制备方法。所述干燥剂包括如下重量份的原料:碱渣70~90份、氧化铝5~15份、骨料成型剂5~15份,所述骨料成型剂包含如下重量份的原料:碱渣15~25份,钢渣35~45份,废石膏模3~6份,胶凝材料30~35份,添加剂0~1.5份。所述干燥剂在单位吸附能力、单位吸附速度、活化后吸附能力和速度、理化指标、干燥剂粉尘量5种指标均优于现有标准,且性能高于市售同类产品,达到了较高水平;所述制备方法工艺易控,方法简便,有利于规模化生产。
