The invention discloses a water-permeable ceramic particle light-emitting pavement structure which comprises a plain soil layer, wherein a broken stone cushion layer is arranged above the plain soil layer, a water seepage layer is arranged above the broken stone cushion layer, a permeable concrete plain color layer is arranged above the water seepage layer, a ceramic particle layer is arranged above the permeable concrete plain color layer, a noctilucent stone particle layer is arranged above the ceramic particle layer, and a sealing layer is arranged above the noctilucent stone particle layer. Beneficial effects are that: the water seepage layer is arranged between the permeable concrete plain color layer and the broken stone cushion layer, a water seepage efficiency step formed between the water seepage layer and the broken stone cushion layer can be utilized, a small part of rainwater permeates downwards through the broken stone cushion layer, a large amount of rainwater diffuses towards the two sides under the action of the water seepage layer, the rainwater enters a flower bed or a sewer, and the situation that the road surface settles is avoided.
