Novel concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and construction method thereof
The invention provides a novel concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and a construction method thereof. The bridge comprises bridge deck system main beams, arch supports, arch ribs and transverse supports, wherein a plurality of arch seats are symmetrically arranged at a bridge head and a bridge tail of the bridge deck system girder respectively, a plurality of hanging rods are uniformly arrangedon a transverse surface, each hanging rod is connected with the corresponding arch rib, a transverse plane of each arch rib is a frame shaped like a Chinese character ri and mainly composed of arch rib parallel connection rods, arch rib chord members and arch rib web members, two ends of the two arch rib web members are respectively connected with longitudinal ends of the arch rib chord members,transverse ends of the arch rib chord members and middle parts of the arch rib web members are respectively connected with the arch rib parallel connecting rods, the adjacent arch ribs are respectively connected through the transverse supports, a longitudinal surface of each arch rib is arch-shaped, and the two longitudinal ends of each arch rib are respectively fixed on the arch support. The novel concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge increases stability in the transverse direction, improves the land utilization rate of traffic buildings, saves investment cost and detection and maintenance cost of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge in the operation period, and is suitable for popularization.
本发明提供的一种新型钢管混凝土拱桥及其施工方法,包括桥面系主梁、拱座、拱肋和横撑,桥面系主梁的桥头和桥尾分别对称设置多个拱座,且其横向面均匀设置多根吊杆,每根吊杆均分别连接拱肋,每条拱肋的横向面主要由拱肋平联杆、拱肋弦杆和拱肋腹杆构成日字形框架,两拱肋腹杆两端分别连接拱肋弦杆纵向端,拱肋弦杆横向端和拱肋腹杆中部分别连接拱肋平联杆,相邻拱肋之间分别通过横撑连接,每条拱肋的纵向面为拱形,且每条拱肋纵向两端端头分别固定在拱座上。该新型钢管混凝土拱桥增大了横桥向稳定性,提高了交通建筑土地利用率,节约了投入成本和钢管混凝土拱桥运营期的检测维护费用,适合推广。
