Prefabricated hollow concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of fabricated arch bridge construction, in particular to a prefabricated hollow concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and a construction method thereof. A bridge deck slab, hollow steel pipe arch upper stand column sections and hollow steel pipe arch rib sections are prefabricated, concrete is poured into the hollow steel pipe arch upper stand column sections and the hollow steel pipe arch rib sections in the prefabrication stage, and the left side span hollow steel pipe concrete arch rib sections and the right side span hollow steel pipe concrete arch rib sections are temporarily hinged to arch feet after being spliced on site. By means of the characteristic that concrete is poured in the hollow steel pipe prefabricating stage, a truck crane is used for conducting construction on stand columns on a left side span arch and a right side span arch, and a hoisting system is erected on the two stand columns. By means of the hoisting system, the hollow steel tube concrete arch bridge is constructed in an assembled mode from the side span to the midspan. The advantages of the fabricated hollow concrete-filled steel tube arch rib sections are utilized, the construction step of pouring concrete into the tubes on site is eliminated, and the safety risk problem of pouring concrete into the tubes is solved. The prefabricated construction can be achieved, the construction period is greatly shortened, the dead weight of a large-span bridge is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the advantages of rapidness, high reliability and the like are achieved.
本发明涉及装配式拱桥施工领域,具体地指一种预制装配化空心钢管混凝土拱桥及其施工方法。预制桥面板、空心钢管拱上立柱节段、空心钢管拱肋节段,预制阶段在空心钢管拱上立柱节段和空心钢管拱肋节段内灌注混凝土,将左右边跨空心钢管混凝土拱肋节段现场复拼后与拱脚临时铰接。借助空心钢管预制阶段已灌入混凝土的特点,使用汽车吊对左右边跨拱上立柱施工,并在两个立柱上架设吊装系统。依靠吊装系统,空心钢管混凝拱桥由边跨向跨中装配化施工。本发明专利利用装配式空心钢管混凝土拱肋节段优势,剔除了现场往管内浇灌混凝土施工步骤,解决管内灌注混凝土安全风险问题。使用本发明能实现预制装配化施工,大大缩短施工周期,减轻大跨度桥梁自重,减少施工成本,具有快速化、可靠性高等优点。
