The invention discloses an intelligent cleaning device for highway guardrails, and belongs to the field of highway cleaning equipment. The device is characterized in that an operating table is mountedright above a cleaning device, the cleaning device is mounted below two ends of the operating table, a recycling bin is fixed below the cleaning device, and a filter is connected with an upper returnpipe and a lower return pipe; a controller controls a first motor to rotate; the first motor rotates to drive a first rotating shaft to rotate; therefore, the pre-cleaning process of the dust on thesurfaces of the guardrails is completed; and meanwhile, the controller controls a second motor to rotate, the second motor rotates to drive a second rotating shaft to rotate, then a water tank is filled with clear water, then the clear water is discharged from a water outlet and flows to the cleaned guardrails, the guardrails are cleaned through cooperation with rotation of the second rotating shaft, the manual cleaning process of workers is replaced, and the working efficiency is improved.
