The invention discloses an underwater concrete river levee defect filling device. The underwater concrete river levee defect filling device comprises a working base table, an adjusting arm and a conveying main pipe; the adjusting arm is rotationally arranged on the working base table and has a telescopic function, and the conveying main pipe is attached to the adjusting arm; a defect repairing cover and a repairing auxiliary mechanism are arranged at the free end of the adjusting arm, the defect repairing cover comprises a round cover shell with an opening in the bottom and the round cover shell is used for covering the defect part of a concrete river levee, and the tail end of the conveying main pipe communicates with the interior of the cover shell so that a cement mortar pipe in the conveying main pipe can stretch into the cover shell and convey cement mortar repairing materials into the cover shell. According to the defect filling device, underwater repairing operation is achieved,repairing can be conducted in time when river levee defects are found, the defect position is prevented from being expanded, and potential safety hazards of the river levee are avoided.
