Construction method for offshore wind power compacted sand pile foundation bed
The invention discloses a construction method for an offshore wind power compacted sand pile foundation bed. The construction method comprises the steps that step one: the compacted sand piles are driven to form an underwater compacted sand pile composite foundation; step two, the elevation of seabed surface of the underwater compacted sand pile composite foundation is measured, uplift soil whichis higher than the elevation is excavated, and a foundation trough is excavated; step three, a grouting pipe frame of a grouting system is made; step four, the grouting pipe frame is hoisted into a foundation trench; step five, a gravel cushion is laid in the foundation trench; step six, geotextile is laid on the top surface of the gravel cushion; step seven, through grouting, the gap between thegravel cushion and the upper layer of the underwater compacted sand pile composite foundation is filled with cement mortar; step 8, a gravity foundation is installed in the center of the top surface of the geotextile; and step 9, riprap protective layer is laid around the gravity foundation. The construction method can effectively reduce the post-construction settlement and uneven settlement of awind power foundation bed, and improve the integrity and bearing capacity of the foundation bed and the foundation.
本发明公开了一种海上风电挤密砂桩基床的施工方法,包括步骤一,施打挤密砂桩,形成水下挤密砂桩复合地基;步骤二,测量水下挤密砂桩复合地基的海床面的标高,再对高出标高的隆起土全部挖除,并开挖基槽;步骤三,制作升浆灌浆系统的升浆管架;步骤四,将升浆管架吊入基槽内;步骤五,在基槽内铺设碎石垫层;步骤六,在碎石垫层的顶面上铺设土工布;步骤七,通过升浆注浆,使水泥砂浆填充在碎石垫层和水下挤密砂桩复合地基上层的空隙中;步骤八,在土工布的顶面中央安装重力式基础;步骤九,在重力式基础的周围铺设抛石防护层。本发明的施工方法能有效减少风电基床的工后沉降与不均匀沉降,提高基床和地基的整体性和承载力。
