The invention discloses a pile splicing method for a precast concrete square pile. The pile splicing method for the precast concrete square pile is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, precasting a pile cap of a pile body of a square pile; b, precasting an angle steel frame of the square pile; c, pressing a lower section pile into the ground; d, sleeving the precast angle steel frame on the pile cap at the top of the pile body which has been pressed into the ground; and e, after the completion of positioning of the angle steel frame on a lower section pile cap, lifting an upper section pile to be connected with the lower section pile, aligning an upper section pile cap with the lower section pile cap, slowly inserting the upper section pile cap into the angle steel frame downwards until the top surfaces of the upper section pile cap and the lower section pile cap are combined completely, then adjusting the center perpendicularity of an upper section pile body and a lower section pile body, performing welding and positioning on the upper section pile cap and the angle steel frame after the upper section pile body and the lower section pile body are positioned on thesame perpendicular line, and then performing the overall welding work of the next step to complete the pile splicing step of the precast concrete square pile. The pile splicing method for the precastconcrete square pile has the advantages that the angle steel frame is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture; pile ends are positioned quickly and accurately compared with a conventional method for welding single angle steel one by one; the welding quality is improved; and the construction period is shortened.
一种预制混凝土方桩的接桩方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、预制方桩桩体的桩帽,b、预制方桩角钢框架,c、将下节桩压入地面,d、在已压入地面的桩体的顶部桩帽上套入已预制的角钢框架,e、在下节桩帽上角钢框架定位完成后,吊起上节桩与下节桩待连接,使上节桩帽对准下一节桩帽并且慢慢往下插入角钢框架内,直至上、下节二个桩帽顶面完全结合,而后调整上、下二节桩体中心垂直度,且处于同一垂直线上后进行上节桩帽与角钢框架焊接定位,而后方可进入下一步整体焊接工作,完成预制混凝土方桩的接桩步骤。本发明具有角钢框架结构简单、制作方便,相比传统角钢单根逐一焊接方法使桩端快速、准确定位,提高焊接质量和缩短施工工期的优点。
