The invention discloses a precast pile with mixed reinforcing bars, a manufacturing method of the precast pile, a pile splicing structure and a construction method of the pile splicing structure. The precast pile with the mixed reinforcing bars comprises a pile body made of concrete, and a plurality of prestressed reinforcing bars and non-prestressed reinforcing bars are embedded in the pile body. A first sleeve matched with a prestressed steel bar and a second sleeve matched with a non-prestressed steel bar are fixedly embedded in the end face of at least one end of the pile body, and internal threads are arranged on the inner walls of the first sleeve and the second sleeve; the prestressed reinforcement is connected with the first sleeve, the end part of the non-prestressed reinforcement is inserted into the second sleeve, and the second sleeve is filled with a cementing material. The prestressed reinforcement is tensioned without using an end plate, and fixed connection of the non-prestressed reinforcement and the sleeve is realized on the premise of ensuring that the non-prestressed reinforcement is not tensioned.
本发明公开了一种混合配筋的预制桩及其制造方法和接桩结构及其施工方法。其中,该混合配筋的预制桩包括由混凝土制成的桩体,所述桩体内埋设有多根预应力钢筋和非预应力钢筋;所述桩体至少一端的端面嵌固有与预应力钢筋相适配的第一套筒以及与非预应力钢筋相适配的第二套筒,所述第一套筒和第二套筒的内壁上均设置有内螺纹;所述预应力钢筋与第一套筒相连,所述非预应力钢筋的端部插入到第二套筒内,且第二套筒内填充有胶凝材料。本发明不使用端板来张拉预应力钢筋,且在保证非预应力钢筋不被张拉的前提下,实现非预应力钢筋与套筒的固接。
